Event Highlights

• Trail Rides on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Potluck BBQ at Rausch Creek pavilion Friday after wheeling.
• Dinner Saturday night, included with registration.
• Raffle at Saturday's dinner with fabulous prizes. Additional tickets may be purchased.
• Shuttle from hotels to Dinner and back included (4.2 miles, 6 minute drive)
• T-Shirt for driver is included, additional shirts may be purchased.
• Our coveted 'No Vulture' window sticker included.

NOVA Registration Fees

Driver:	$50	Includes dinner, t-shirt, goodie bag, and ticket for the raffle.
Adult Passenger:	$30	Includes full dinner and ticket for the dinner raffle.
Child Pass (5 & up yrs):	$15	Includes kids meal at Saturday night dinner. Children 4 and under are FREE!

Cancellations made prior to August 1st will receive full refund. Cancellations in August will receive a 1/2 refund. All refunds will be made by mailed check after the event.

Rausch Creek Entrance Fees

Rausch Creek membership and entrance fees are not included in Trailfest registration. Download these Rausch Creek Waiver and Application Forms. Filling them out ahead of time will speed things up.

Rausch Creek offers a discount on multiple day entrance fees. You can get a five day pass for $125.

BBQ and Dinner Details

Friday Evening BBQ

We have rented the pavilion and a barbeque by the competition course at Rausch Creek from 4-10PM. After wheeling come on over! Cook up your food, tell trail stories, meet old and new friends, help fix rigs, ect. The pavilion has electricity and WiFi. Event registration will also being going on at this time.

Saturday Night Dinner

All you can eat buffet at Sholls Family Restaurant, 83 Pleasant Valley Rd, Pine Grove, PA, only 4.2 miles from Comfort Inn, a 6 minute drive. Shuttle bus is provided to get from Hotels to Restaurant and back.

Note: Sholls does not have a liquor license. Bring your own drinks for the evening.

Main Menu:

• Roasted chicken and breaded pork chops plus a third main dish that will be determined by Sholls the week before.
• This third dish could be one of the following: smoked sausage, baked ham, turkey, meatballs (either in spaghetti sauce or barbeque sauce), fish (either breaded or baked fillets), hamloaf in orange sauce, sweet sausage, halupki, roast pork, meatloaf, roast duck, london broil, chicken croquettes, chicken and waffles, country fried steak, salisbury steak, liver and onions.
• Sides are Four hot veggies plus fresh cut fries.
• Cold veggies include Homemade: cole slaw, pepper cabbage, cranberry salad, cucumber salad, macaroni and potato salad, plus apple sauce.
• Full salad bar, two homemade soups plus award winning chili!
• Lots of homemade cakes and pies.
